  • Jessica Self, DVM

    Veterinarian

After receiving my bachelor's degree in Equine Science from Colorado State University, I returned to my home town of Duvall, Washington where I worked as a veterinary assistant for 2 years before attending Washington State University for veterinary school.  Since graduating from veterinary school in 2011, I have been working as a mixed animal practitioner with a particular interest in horses. While I loved working on such a large variety of species, I am looking forward to focusing on small animal medicine.  I have an interest in surgery and behavior medicine.

I currently live in Spanaway, WA with my husband, Michael, and our two crazy dogs, Chula and Bear.  In my free time I love to read, watch movies, partake in trivia with friends, camping, skiing, painting (acrylics) and Crossfit.
